These terms cover your use of the website and customer portal of Battenkill Ag Services, LLC ("Battenkill Ag," "we" or "us"). Our H-2A services are covered by the separate service agreement you sign with us.

Using this site

• Information on this site is general and is not legal advice.
• We cannot promise any government agency will approve an application, or the timing of its decision.
• Keep your portal login private. Tell us right away if you think someone else has used it.

Text message terms

• Program: Battenkill Ag invoice reminders.
• What you get: texts about invoices that are coming due or past due.
• How often: varies, usually no more than three texts per invoice.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact max@battenkillag.com.
• Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.

Payments

Invoices are due on the date shown. You can pay online through our payment processor or by mailing a check to [Mailing address for checks].
